The Association of Real Estate Professionals™ establishes structured partnerships with select service and technology providers that align with professional standards and deliver measurable economic value to our members.
Partnership inquiries are submitted through our contact form. Please choose “Partnerships / Media” as the subject and include your category, standard pricing, proposed AREPros™ member pricing, and confirmation of setup/activation fee waiver.
We do not sell generic sponsorship placements. We approve partners based on alignment, reliability, transparency, and member impact. To be considered, partners must provide tangible, member-exclusive value.
Partnership status may be revoked at the discretion of the Association if standards are not maintained. AREPros™ does not provide licensing, regulatory approval, or performance guarantees.
AREPros™ partners are positioned inside a standards-driven professional association designed to serve the entire real estate ecosystem. Inclusion is meant to be credibility-forward, education-forward, and value-forward.
The Association uses a hybrid partnership structure to keep incentives aligned while prioritizing member value. In exchange for waived setup fees and exclusive member pricing, the Association may accept a reduced performance component.
Tier placement is determined by category needs, member impact, partner capacity, and availability. Certain categories may be limited to maintain quality. Pricing is available below as a toggle to keep this page clean and consistent with the AREPros™ institutional design.
Performance Component (Typical Range)
The performance component may be structured as an affiliate commission, per-member signup bounty, or closed-transaction revenue share. When stronger member-exclusive discounts are provided, the Association may accept a lower performance rate.
$1,250–$2,500 annual base
Plus a reduced performance component (structure depends on vendor type and tracking method).
$750–$1,250 annual base
Plus a reduced performance component (affiliate, bounty, or closed-transaction share).
$500 annual base
Plus a reduced performance component (where applicable).
