Who We Are

AREPros™ was formed to bring together professionals who operate within the real estate ecosystem—including licensed, certified, and service-based professionals who directly serve consumers, property owners, investors, and businesses.

Our focus is not lobbying, MLS access, or acting as a licensing authority. Our focus is national professionalism—standards, credibility, and conduct beyond minimum legal requirements—under a formal Charter framework.

Shared expectations across real estate-related professions.

Encouraging professionalism and consumer trust.

The Association is governed by its National Charter, which establishes membership standards, accountability, and the National Board authority.

What the Association Is Not

For clarity and transparency, the Association of Real Estate Professionals™ is:

  • Not a government agency
  • Not a licensing authority
  • Not a regulatory body
  • Not a labor union
  • Not a multiple listing service (MLS)

Licensing, regulation, and enforcement remain the responsibility of applicable authorities. The Association exists to supplement those systems by promoting professionalism beyond minimum legal requirements.
